Payment is due at the time of your session unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. 

If payment is not received and the balance remains unpaid, I reserve the right to pursue collection through an attorney or collection agency.

50-minute session - $150

30-minute session: $75

I can provide you with a receipt (Superbill) for services rendered as an Out-of-Network Provider. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, some or all of the costs for psychotherapy services may be reimbursed.

Please contact your insurance provider directly to verify how your plan covers out-of-network mental health services. Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
   
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
   
• Does my plan limit the number of sessions per calendar year? If so, what is the limit?
   
• Do I need prior authorization or written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
   
• Does my plan reimburse for services provided by an Out-of-Network Provider?

 I offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots, ranging from $90.00 to $125.00, to help make counseling more accessible. If you’re interested in discussing a sliding scale option, please don’t hesitate to contact me. 

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $75.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the no-show fee of $75.
